Four Committees of the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section are hosting a Hot Topics Seminar addressing some of the hottest topics in business law for in-house counsel, transactional lawyers, and litigators. Speakers will present on supply agreements and various corporate and LLC agreements; litigating in Michigan’s business courts; cutting edge issues on artificial intelligence; employment law issues; and internal investigations. Ten Business Court judges and a selection of in-house counsel will have a dialogue on some of these critical issues.
