The Texas Business Law Foundation (TBLF) has been a primary sponsor of business court legislation introduced in the Texas Legislature 2015 – 2025, including House Bill 19 creating the Texas Business Court in 2023 and House Bill 40 making significant improvements to the Texas Business Court in 2025.
