On March 15, 2024, the New York State Unified Court System released its 2023 Annual Report. The Report devotes a segment to the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. This section includes an informative description of the Commercial Division, highlights the work of the Commercial Division Advisory Council, and contains an instructive quote from Advisory Council member Heather Mulligan, President and CEO of The Business Council of New York State.
