ABA Business and Corporate Litigation Committee Publishes Business Courts Chapter for 20th Consecutive Year

For over two decades, the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee (BCLC) of the ABA’s Business Law Section has published a book (in paper and/or electronic formats) on recent developments in business and corporate litigation.   This marks the 20th consecutive year the BCLC has included a chapter on business courts.

I had been editor, co-editor and/or co-author for the first 19 years, and leadership of the business courts chapter is now in the more than capable hands of North Carolina attorney Ben Norman.

In its current incarnation, the chapters in this book can be found on the Business Law Today website.  For Business Law Section members, the Business Courts chapter can be found here.

The chapter includes summaries of developments in business courts across the U.S. that occurred in 2022, along with business court opinion summaries from 17 different states.
